Hello!
I am Joana Mirante and I study at Saint Dominic's International School in Lisbon, Portugal. I've done this website as the product of my Personal Project. The Personal Project is an extended essay that is introduced in the Middle Years Programme Curriculum and that Year 11 needs to complete to go to year 12. The grade received in this project makes the overall grade of the student to incease which will be a benefit especially for students that have difficulties in school.
I decided to create a website about dance because is one of my hobbies since I'm three years of age. I thought that by doing a website I would make teenagers to appreciate dance and also have interest in it as an art and not only as a simple hobby of some people.
For my aim to work, which is "Can I create a website to promote dancing in the younger generations?" comments need to be done in my website saying what viewers think about it, if they are interested to know more about it, if they enjoy it and if they agree or disagree in some of the usage of dance in art. By having some comments I can analyse them and make a conclusion of my aim, saying if a website promotes dance in younger generations or not.
